I thought it might be time to bring this up again, as I haven’t seen anything on the list about it in quite awhile: 

Has there been any recent word, rumors, gossip, or whatever, about the Froberger “Sotheby” manuscript and its possible publication, or at least being more readily available to musicologists, harpsichordists, etc.?



The usual outlets for this sort of thing have been quiet, at least publicly, in the past few years. Some of us getting along in years are hoping this isn’t another Oldham manuscript situation!
