Not a complete one, but parts III-V of Syntagma II De Organographia are accessible in Quentin Faulkner’s translation at
http://digitalcommons.unl.edu/zeabook/24/ <http://digitalcommons.unl.edu/zeabook/24/>

This is also the only recommendable translation of any part of the Organographia – with the usual reservation: Any translation needs to be checked, when using it for detailed reference!

> If not, does anyone have access to either the Blumenfeld or Crookes translation?

Warning: Blumenfeld and Crookes are partly outdated and too often incorrect (especially Crookes) to be reliable in using them for reference!

I have been using my own translations.

======

Syntagma III, btw, is available in two translations, that both can be recommended:
Jeffery Kite-Powell (ed./transl.), Oxford: 2004
Hans Lampl (transl.), Margaret Boudreaux (ed.) Oklahoma City, 2001,
Also recommended is to use them both!
Lampl is usually somewhat closer to Praetorius wording.
Kite-Powell, however, translates freer, making for a more pleasant reading flow, and is also valuable for having lots of added, up-to-date information in footnotes!

Same reservation in these two cases: Any translation needs to be checked, when using it for detailed reference!

Kind regards

Ibo
