Thank vary much to you all. I am now trying with stanley knife and hobby 
knife. Good results on tests. I even tried the lampblack trick suggested by 
Doug Brooke. Fine.
I can understand that better results are achieved when scoring when the keys 
are not cut yet. However, I have individual bone coverings which I don't 
want to glue before cutting, in order to compensate for wavy cutting of the 
keylevers, so I guess I will have to devise a jig or something.
