Speaking of this arrangement . . . Does anyone know where I can order a
copy?  I've started playing a good deal of two harpsichord music, and
would really like to try this piece.

Do Sempe and Fortin use the arrangement by J. Johnson?  And is it still
published by Don Simons?  Or is there perhaps another arrangement?
