Just a couple of details: piano techs often use an electric iron to heat
the top surface of the white plastic naturals, then slipping a spatula
between the wood and the plastic. repeat the process for the key front,
because very likely it is part and parcel of the top.

Regarding arcades, the key front on these old Zuckermann keys are nearly
square, whereas French or Italian keyboard's keyfronts were close to 1/2
inch high by 7/8 inch wide, a dimension suitable for arcades.
I would suggest not bothering with arcades- just use a slip of ebony.

In any event, do not undertake this project lightly, because if you get
mired in insoluble problems, the instrument as a whole ends up unuseable.
