Anne brings up a very good point.
A quality instrument is an artistic creation and being able to meet the artist in person is a big bonus.
Well worth the drive and hotel cost.
Also, we, as clients, have had the privilege to host several builders!

I can't speak for all the builders, but most of us are happy to put up a client overnight. We always have a good time!
