I'm not sure about the idea of a YouTube tuning tutorial. To starr with, 
the sound recording would need to be really first rate. For those of you 
who speak French, there is a very good tuning manual by Pierre-Yves 
Asselin published by Editions Jobert entitled 'Musique et Tempérament'. 
There are detailed step-by-step instructions for tuning a harpsichord to 
all the major temperaments by ear.
