Dear all,

over the last months I was busy recreating two harpsichord stands following the elaborate original in Berlin (Ruckers 1620 AR).
As I am making two standard singles and as the Berlin Instrument is a double, I had to reduce the width and length.

The following link https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6jotjH6RJN6UXBiWEVLMVllSmc includes photos of the original, photos of my diminished reproduction and pdfs of the drawings I made prior to going to work.

Please feel free to download the files and have the drawings plotted (as I do not work commercially, I follow the principle, that knowledge is the only good that doubles, when you share it).

The material is solid oak, 42 mm thick. The screws are modern ones and to be replaced by something more appropriate.
I also still have the router templates in 10 mm plywood. I would give them away, as I do not plan making any more harpsichords after those two singles. Just contact me.

Cheers

Michael B
