To all, I am very very sick. I will now liquidating my entire harpsichord 
collection. My own requirement is that you take care of the shipping and 
paperwork. I literally will not be able to help except open my front door. I 
will either move to another place, or rent out the majority of my apartment so 
that someone can take care of me. Or communal living. I will now list the 
price, but no offer is not accepted, as long as you promise to take care of 
shipping and handling. since I have no ability to help you. that is, you have 
to find someone to pick it up. The price I list is a gudeline but please don't 
haggle with me as I don't have the mental strength to do it.  These are 
the two left on my inventory.

John Wallace 1977 Zuckerman Concert Flemish Harpsichord 2x8' 1x4' GG-g"'. 
a=415Hz. $2000. Rentable concert condition.
John Shannon 2008 Pedal Harpsichord. Length 103" including 
pedal board and bench. 2x8' C-d' a=440Hz Length 103". $1000.

There is a small chance by Tuesday I may be in a facility and cannot be home to 
manage, so consider Tuesday August 9 1200 noon PST as a deadline for you to

on the street by the landlord.
