Sorry, I was forgetting about the upper pedal voice.  I was referring to the last pedal note before the low C.

(The Peters Ed was at least partially revised several years ago.  Perhaps this note was changed; my Peters Ed. Set is 50 years old now!  I still find it the best edition to play from.  It's rather dense, but that means the page turns are fewer and somehow they always seem to be in the best places.)
