Tim made a set of open-wound (tinned copper over yellow brass) bass strings for my 1794 Longman & Broderip square. Tim was very careful to reproduce every detail of the originals exactly. They are very well made, with a strong tone free from of any rattle or falseness. On top of that, his prices are very reasonable!
