Thanks, Jon.

For anyone really interested in getting to the bottom of this charming
affair, I suggest the approach that might be the most effective might be to
concentrate on two questions.

1) Can it be shown whether the "the dissolved Forestieri-Steiner fund" ever
existed? If there is no evidence at all, the game is up.
2) Can the article "Rosenthal (2005)" be identified? If not, the game is up
again.
