I believe nobody has mentioned a book well-known to many members of this list:

Playing the Baroque Harpsichord: essays on the instrument, interpretation and performance, with relevant topics for the clavichord and organ. eBook, 2nd Ed., Bray Baroque, Bray, Ireland 2014

	http://play.braybaroque.ie/

where you find the up-to-date

Appendix C: A HARPSICHORD AND CLAVICHORD MULTILINGUAL DICTIONARY

containing a table of 168 harpsichord terms in
English, French, German, Italian and Spanish
followed by a similar table of 22 timber names including Latin.

Update

Boalch 3 does contain a useful list ( I remembered right).
in
English, French, German, Italian.

Makers of the harpsichord and clavichord 1440-1840
Authors:	Donald H Boalch; Charles Mould; Andreas H Roth
Publ.:	Oxford : Oxford Univ. Press, 1995.

Then there is Susanne Costa’s book of harpsichord terms - German- English
Glossary of harpsichord terms
Author:	Susanne Costa
Publ.:	Frankfurt: Das Musikinstrument, 1980.

Piano parts’ nomenclature may come in handy:

Piano Nomenclatur : Deutsch, English, Français, Italiano, Norsk, Español
Authors:	Nikolaus Schimmel; H K Herzog; Gerhard Aspheim
Publ.:	Frankfurt am Main : Erwin Bochinsky, ©1997.
Series:	Fachbuchreihe Das Musikinstrument, vol. 14.

For organ
in English, Dutch, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Esperanto, Russian, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, French, …

Orgelwoordenboek = Organ dictionary = etc
Author:	Wilfried Praet [and others]. ; ; Wilfried Praet
Publ.:	Nieuwkerken [Belgium] : CEOS, ©2000
(A new edition seems to be on the way, but the info has been round a longer time. Don’t know when and in what form it might be published).

Then there are various glossaries here and there, published on paper or on the internet.

The problem is that not every term is used everywhere - not even in the same area where a language is in use.

Kind regards

Ibo
