A couple of further questions:

- What are the arguments against a transposition of the F# fugue?
- What about the bb minor P & F? Would these be originally in that key? 
If so, would that be Bach's most "exotic" key in is keyboard works? Are 
there other pieces with such a key signature?
- Are there other pieces than the A fugue that exceed a four-octave compass?
