St. Alban's Chapel / Canterbury House at SMU.
I am proud that I helped design it.
Also our music room in Dallas, which seats some 40 people (tightly) for house concerts, along with harpsichords and a small tracker pipe organ.
Cheers from Dallas TX!

Subject: Residential music room
I am in the planning stages of adding a dedicated music room to my house. The room will be home to my grand piano and harpsichords. In addition to my solo playing, I will likely host small baroque ensembles and occasionally a vocalist. I am consulting with an acoustic engineer and architect for the construction. Does anyone on this list know of any existing residential music rooms or small churches that have great acoustics? I'd like to visit a few and see what has worked and what could be improved and to just get ideas. Any help would be great. Thanks!
